VIP Member Price

A preferential or promotional price available in connection with enrollment in, or maintenance of, an active Auvella VIP Club membership.

VIP pricing allows eligible customers to enjoy special savings and member-specific offers across selected portions of our digital catalog.

When a VIP-priced purchase includes enrollment in the Auvella VIP Club, the associated recurring membership fee must be separately and clearly disclosed before payment.

Enrollment requires the customer's affirmative agreement to the applicable recurring billing terms. Selecting a product or making a one-time purchase does not, by itself, authorize undisclosed recurring charges.

Customers who do not wish to join the membership program may select the Guest Price where that option is offered.

The membership is an automatically renewing subscription.

By affirmatively enrolling in Auvella VIP Club and authorizing its recurring payment terms, you agree that:

• The membership costs $39.95 per month unless a different promotional rate is clearly disclosed and accepted.

• Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.

• Your selected payment method will be charged according to the billing schedule disclosed during enrollment.

• Any introductory pricing, promotional period, or delayed initial membership charge will be clearly disclosed before enrollment.

• The date of the first membership charge and the applicable renewal schedule will be provided during the purchase process and in the membership confirmation.

• Membership benefits remain subject to the terms of the active subscription.

The precise timing of the first charge, including whether it occurs immediately or after a disclosed introductory period, will be presented before the customer authorizes the subscription.

Recurring charges continue until the subscription is canceled.

Purchasing a single digital product without joining Auvella VIP Club does not create a recurring membership obligation.

8. Automatic Renewal and Membership Cancellation

Auvella VIP Club memberships renew automatically on the applicable monthly billing schedule until canceled.

Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation may be requested through our Membership Cancellation page, available account-management options, or customer support.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges once the cancellation becomes effective.

If cancellation is completed before the next scheduled renewal, no additional membership renewal charge should occur.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous authorized charges or cancel separate digital purchases.

No additional cancellation penalty is charged for ending the VIP membership.

9. Subscription Confirmation and Billing Communications
